I started using vantage fit during the health weeks at my current organization, so it was a competition of who could accept and complete all the challenges in 4 weeks, the app was awesome, it provided us weekly goals, and the ranks throughout the globe, it was tracking our steps, by each week the amount of step needed was increasing and the rankings were going up, but this was not only it, there were other challenges like drinking water, burning calories, doing squats and many more.
