Experience has generally been positive. The software is easy to navigate and helps keep devices updated without requiring much involvement from users. Most updates and maintenance activities happen in the background, which helps reduce disruption to daily work.  

This is one of the most valuable tools you can have in IT. I call it a Swiss Army knife management tool, If there's something you need done I promise you can use Action1 to do it. No IT department can support a 300+ endpoint network without tools like Action1.Humans aren't good at some things and one of those things is handling the boring nitty grittys and that's just the angle Action1 takes and it never fails to do a fantastic job to keep patches, driver updates and windows updates in check. Even just troubleshooting systems, Just being able to send scripts remotely to diagnose instead of logging in comes in handy daily and if you have to do the same process across multiple endpoints that is where action1 truly shines as you can target multiple machines of your choosing if you wish.
