- Unmatched deployment speed: The way it uses Relays to distribute packages means we can push out a critical zero-day patch to thousands of global endpoints simultaneously without completely suffocating our WAN links. - Real-time querying: Being able to use their Relevance Language to instantly query the exact registry state or running services of every machine on the network is a massive win for our incident response times. - Cross-platform reliability: Unlike other tools that treat Linux or Mac as an afterthought, BigFix handles our weird mix of Windows Servers, Ubuntu dev machines, and even older AIX boxes from a single unified console.

Steep learning curve for new users, user interface is outdated and not very intuitive, requires significant setup and tuning to get most value, troubleshooting can be complex, and documentation can be difficult to navigate.
