1) Granular Device Management. Knox provides a level of control over Samsung devices that goes far beyond standard Android Enterprise management. Administrators can configure highly specific restrictions and policies, including controlling witch Bluethooth accessories can connect to devices based on model or serial number. 2) Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME). The zero touch enrollment process significantly simplifies device provisioning. New devices can be automatically enrolled and configured out of the box reducing deployment time and minimizing manual intervention by IT teams. 3) Advanced Security Features. Knox offers enterprise-grade security capabilities build directly into Samsung devices, including hardware-backed protection, enhanced device compliance controls, and security policies that help organizations meet strict regulatory and corporate requirements. 4) Extensive OEMConfig Capabilities. Through the Knox Service Plugin and OEMConfig framework, administrators can access hundreds of Samsung-specific settings that are not available through standard Android management, enabling deeper customization and control of enterprise devices.

The biggest issue for me is that Knox can be frustrating to work with on the admin side, especially when access or setup is not straightforward. Main weaknesses: -Access and account setup has been harder than it needs to be. -Deployment and configuration do not always feel smooth or intuitive. -The overall admin experience can be clunky, which slows things down when we are trying to support users efficiently.
