In our case, we implemented Sophos Mobile to manage corporate mobile devices from a single console. Since we were already using other Sophos solutions, the integration was quite seamless, which simplified daily administration. What I've noticed most is the time saved when applying security policies and managing new devices.

Overall the product works well. has most features one desires, and security seems fine so far.
The only thing lacking is support which can take weeks or even months going through various channels without ever providing you feedback or updates. And you cannot talk to the escalation guys. Your stuck having to call the poor support chaps who seem to have as much visibility as end user. So great product. Poor support.

We brought in Sophos because we were already using Sophos Central for our server and desktop endpoints, and we wanted a "single pane of glass" to manage our mobile fleet. Overall, the results have been a net positive for keeping tabs on both corporate-owned and BYOD phones. Having the security policies for laptops and mobile devices in one dashboard is incredibly convenient. However, it hasn't been a totally smooth ride. The initial enrollment workflow, especially for our iOS users, caused a lot of friction, and getting policies to instantly sync when a device goes out of compliance can sometimes take longer than it should.
