I like the continued support and tuning. The way we tune is our support agent exports a report/spreadsheet of incidents which does a great job of categorizing incidents and shortens what would probably take us a day to do into a 1 hour session. The person I don't know if the person wants me doxxing them so I won't but they are funny and very qualified with lots of experience, so we know we're in great hands. Another thing I like is the ability to quarantine locally, or as well quarantine across every machine. Also creating exceptions for certain people if they present a good reason to create an exception, The way that we can fine tune to follow the principle of least privilege is what ever IT security officer begs for. Another thing is autonomous updating, We don't need to manually send updates out to machines to update their agent version, those that are outdated get updated autonomously. Lastly but not limited to just what's been said is I love that they're rolling out new features all the time, every week I log on I see a new what's new pop up and I just love the idea of always improving.

Poor identification and classification of malicious code. Impacted performance on most of our Windows and SQL Servers. Off shore support difficult to obtain a knowledgeable technician.
