Technical Support Specialist - Networking And Hardware

The software seems to work, but it also seems like something that could be a part of a much larger tool that does more than what it does on it's own. The support also hasn't been too great, also I don't appreciate the lack of self-service ability of the software. I will admit it hasn't had too many issues however.
