Gartner defines an endpoint protection platform (EPP) as security software designed to protect managed endpoints — including desktop PCs, laptop PCs, virtual desktops, mobile devices and, in some cases, servers — against known and unknown malicious attacks. ePO is not stable when using it as cluster, monitoring to be improved as any service goes down without any notification. support guys are going good in managing the escalations but engineering need to step up. 

Trellix Endpoint security suite was good and features like device control, attack surface reduction and malware protection worked effectively in customer environments and the product helped in managing endpoint security effectively. Deployment and policy management were smooth, and the product helped in improving endpoint security and threat prevention. Some troubleshooting took extra time in complex cases, but overall, it was a reliable solution to work with.
