From a testing standpoint , JIRA provides clear traceability between requirements , test activities and defects , which is especially useful in enterprise environments where auditability matters.

- The UI is terrible and cluttered like 2000's era - The functionality is also horrible (image upload is bad), filtering doesn't work - It's slow to load anything
