This is the first product that where we achieved highest percent of customization. We needed it to fully integrate with our existing software. As few of the teams were planning to use it for agile planning, few other for project management, we needed customized product for different teams. We were able to achieve it with no extra cost. Not only for backlog and bug tracking but also for organizing customer tickets, to give information about the product, this can be used. We really liked this product and for sure, it is one of the alternatives for JIRA in all possible aspects.

The user interface feels very dated and clunky. The list views are not intuitive when it comes to filtering and sorting. Sure you can *figure it out* but that really shouldn't be necessary. Likewise the ui at the *case* level feels like the 90's called a little late.
