What stands out most is its ability to handle the administrative work that bogs us down, allowing us to work ON our business instead of just in it. Three specific game changers have been: Inteligent Meeting Summaries: The summaries are not just transcripts, they capture and organize, something that used to take us hours, with remarkable accuracy. Now we just have to proofread! Semantic Understanding: Once, during a cocktail class that used pomegranate juice as an ingredient I kept saying pineapple because I was, apparently, very excited to snack on the pineapple in my fridge after the event. It was to the point that I'd say, Pineapple and everyone on the call would answer pomegranate! Very funny. But in the meeting summary? AI Companion never once mentioned pineapples - that's a huge deal... the semantic understanding and ability to make the notes understanding that I mixing up my fruits! Because my business is performance-based, I am reticient to use many products similar to AI companion because they record full audio and make a full transcript, essentially giving away my IP. I value the granular control I have over recording settings and data privacy. It's reassuring to know that I can manage who has access to what, ensuring that my clients sensitive conversations PRE-event, and my IP are protected. I haven't had to implement advanced security protocols, but the baseline protections feel robust enough for my scale. I haven't utilized advanced localization features like multi-language translation but the platform's accessibility is a key strength. Zoom's interface is intuitive and universally recognizable which removes a major barrier for those who might be less tech-savvy. I can confidently host experiences for a diverse range of attendees.

I dislike the feature bloat, I can't see the usage credits easily, and it's difficult to distinguish between agentic actions and genAI.
