The quality of the relevance engine is the biggest differentiator. Passage-level retrieval enables our AI assistants to retrieve the most relevant content in real time, which is especially important in voice experiences where customers expect immediate, accurate answers. The low-latency performance, scalability, and ability to ground generative AI responses in trusted knowledge have helped us improve both the customer experience and operational efficiency. Coveo has also been a collaborative partner throughout our implementation.
