- Makes searching easy: Saves time having to ask people and wait for their response as in a remote company its not as easy as walking over to someone's desk - Slack chatbot: for on-call channels it often helps to answer simple questions automatically, saving on-call engineers the extra effort and allowing them to focus on other priorities - MCP: by having an easy to use MCP server we can utilize other harnesses like Claude Code to also automate things we would have issues with via other agents

Biggest frustration is that it's great at finding information but stops short of actually doing anything with it - there's no real, powerful end-to-end workflow automation, so you still have to act on what it surfaces yourself. Setup is also a significant undertaking; connecting everything and maintaining it puts real strain on internal resources. Finally, if your organization is not ready from a data standpoint, it will be hard to accomplish any real meaningful integration. Structure is key.
