- Text analysis capabilities are well thought out - There is some sort of marketplace/inventory for pre-trained TA models - The use of controlled vocabularies and knowledge graphs offers a good path for more comprehensive TA and content exploration - Access control is well thought out

without the help of the vendor we are not able to add new sources to add new facets to tune the search agents
