1)The smart modeling assistant: enterprise architecture frameworks are very complex and their diverse featureset is very intimidating for starters and the assistant can help develop and create simple fast plans with the dozens of templates. The predictive modeling assistant guides users with help on drag and drop icons, etc. 2)Built-in end of life lookup and support: tracking the digital asset inventory for software and hardware items which are nearing their lifecycle and when they go end of support is a huge advantage in terms of automated asset management 3)Collaborative workspaces with interactive templates: the platform supports quick collaborative workspaces which supports teamwork to quickly turn architecture into plans and the system helps to quickly draw plans and prioritise tasks before they can be pulled into any other WIP dashboard program such as Kanban boards.

workflow issues seem to pop up: - sharing a link between different licenses is not possible (RW users cannot generate a shared link for RO users) -reporting on transitive relationships is harder than it needs to be -workspaces workflow is not OK for filling out with multiple people is parallel. Only the last update wins (TIME values) -automations for creating models are not an option as the API doesn't allow for it -check in check out is not usable for large groups.
