Enterprise Architect

The functional team was good, with deep knowledge of the tool and providing good advices. 
The technical experts were less present and provided less advice to our technical experts which resultetd in performance issues in the first months of usage.
The relationship with the sales team was weak and we did not get the expected support from them when performance issues arose.
