It was a solid implementation with good flexibility for managing assets and work orders once everything was done correctly. The biggest challenge was the upfront data cleanup and figuring out workflows, which took more effort than expected.

The search and filtering tools are very useful, but the UI and layout of the site could use some work. It can get very confusing to perform certain tasks when creating and viewing work orders.

Overall the software is easy to use. Very minimal issues to speak of. some of hte advanced reporting can be challenging but they do offer training to learn more advanced aspects of the software.
