Es una plataforma muy intuitiva. Aunque es sencilla de usar, es una herramienta muy completa que te permite controlar tanto presupuestos como operaciones. Nos permite el uso y control por parte del técnico y del supervisor. Así como, realizar informes de actuaciones para nuestros clientes. 

It's a very intuitive platform. Although easy to use, it's a very comprehensive tool that allows you to control both budgets and operations. It allows for use and control by both the technician and the supervisor, as well as generating performance reports for our clients.

el producto es basto en muchas áreas, en lo básico respecto a mantenimiento funciona bien, es adaptarse y explotar la manera en la que el producto funciona.

Una vez que ya estás familiarizado con la interfaz, resulta muy intuitivo su uso. Admito que los primeros días me resultaba muy confusa por la cantidad de módulos y opciones que tiene, sin embargo, una vez que me familiaricé con algunos de ellos, entendí que la mayoría de estos se manejan de manera muy similar. Me parece que es una herramienta que nos puede ayudar mucho en como gestionar toda nuestra área de mantenimiento, siempre y cuando la base de datos este siempre al día y toda la información en ella sea real. Sin embargo no me parece nada práctico que mucha de la información para alimentar la plataforma, tenga que hacerse de manera manual, también me parece muy limitada la información que se puede compartir con los terceros que son nuestros clientes, ya que con ellos su módulo se limita a mostrarles las solicitudes que hacen. Sería mucho más eficiente para nuestra organización que ellos mismos pudieran ver también el modulo de análisis técnico, para que pudieran conocer las estadísticas de los activos y ordenes de trabajo de los equipos y ubicaciones de donde nos hacen estas solicitudes y con esto puedan tener una idea mucho más clara en cuanto a costes, tiempos y demás estadísticas. Otro tema que me disgusta es lo mala que está diseñada la aplicación para teléfonos Android, ya que los botones de la parte superior quedan por debajo de los íconos del teléfono donde te muestran batería, red, wifi, etc. y por lo tanto cuesta mucho poder tocar cualquier botón de la parte superior.

Once you're familiar with the interface, it's very intuitive to use. I admit that the first few days it was quite confusing due to the number of modules and options, but once I became familiar with some of them, I understood that most of them work in a very similar way. I think it's a tool that can greatly help us manage our entire maintenance area, as long as the database is always up-to-date and all the information in it is accurate. However, I don't find it very practical that much of the information to populate the platform has to be entered manually. I also find the information that can be shared with third parties, our clients, very limited, since the module only shows them the requests they make. It would be much more efficient for our organization if they could also access the technical analysis module, so they could see the statistics on assets and work orders for the equipment and locations from which these requests are made. This would give them a much clearer picture of costs, times, and other statistics. Another issue I dislike is how poorly designed the Android phone app is, since the buttons at the top are below the phone icons that show battery, network, wifi, etc., making it very difficult to tap any of the top buttons.
