good customer support experience for teh most part, a couple of times had to be cut short

The quality-of-life improvements over our previous CMMS. Almost everything has been thought out and simplified so that it's easier for everyone (requestor, planner, scheduler, technician, MRO coordinator, plant engineer) to use.
