I like the availability of automation within the platform, it has AI/ML to accelerate data collection, application installation and mapping, and the platform supports industry standards to create detailed, interactive diagrams. It also includes tools for managing risk, compliance and data lineage, and it has smart analytics - by means of 'What-If' analysis for planning and dashboarding and KPI monitoring. Extremely customizable to the user, strong support for large, complex systems.

It has recently been identified that basic functionalities of the tool, which could previously be managed by us, are now handled as customizations. For example, changing object colors. This loses client autonomy and increases costs. Furthermore, in the most recent update to the contract with the supplier, timely information about the version change was not provided, which meant this activity could not be budgeted for and required a budget adjustment on our part. The tool's native solutions are not very flexible to the company's needs.
