Things I like most: - Strong linkage between strategic goals, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives, which helps avoid strategy on paper only - Well suited for organizations using Lean, Balanced Scorecard, or similar frameworks, with clear, structured methodology - Encourages accountability and follow-up through clear ownership, KPIs, and action tracking

CANEA ONE is easy to use as the UI is easy but from the implementation point of view, I would say that it's complex, the configurations can be challenging in the beginning of the setup of the product. CANEA ONE has some limitations in mobile mode, some of the reports with specific features are less optimized for the mobile version. We required to have multiple sessions with their implementation/support teams in order to help us with the significant adjustments that we required for our team, so it wasn't very for us to customize our needs.
