BIC is a Standard tool for BPMN related Tasks but has a very well defined and simple Access to easily use all Features. UX and Usability were in the centre of all design Features which is remarkable.

- Too many add-ons which need to be bought seperately at high costs. - Some features don't work as they should. - Especially with the lines, there are often problems, when you adapt the process.
