Gluu biggest strength is its robust security architecture and support for modern identity standards. This provides a high degree of flexibility and control, which is valuable for organizations with complex authentication requirements.

It is difficult to distinguish between the different process levels - whether thay are mail processes or sub-processes. Perhaps mail processes can be marked with bold or similar to create a better overview? It is difficult to print the swim lane diagrams in aformat that can be used at workshops etc. The print is simply of too poor quality. It can be difficult to line up the various boxes and arrows, so it is completely aligned and neat.
