Dependence on Internet and Cost Raise Concerns Despite Efficient Collaboration

Teams with limited technical or BPM background were able to document our new account onboarding process in under an hour. It was easy to drag and drop each of the steps and add descriptions. It was easy to then share with stakeholders, especially since it was live and had version history. Also, because it's live, it helped serve as our single source of truth in the most up-to-date format. Implementing it was also easy due the out of the box support for BPMN notation and doc exports.

The reporting aspect could be better. Expensive for smaller environments. Largely dependent on the internet.
