Much focus in Agentforce has been placed on compatibility with existing Salesforce tools, so that there is less friction than with other AI implementations.

It is definitely not a no-code solution and may be it can be labelled as a low-code one, however it is not very accessible for teams without relevant Salesforce development skills which in the end gets you trapped with a specialist partner for this part as well. User interface could be better.
