Extreme, both in their products and their representatives, have consistently delivered outstanding performance, service, dependability, etc throughout the years I have worked with their products. Personally, I find Extreme's ExOS simple and easy to learn quickly. The way they have structured their syntax makes sense and does not require you to jump through hoops to get a simple configuration live. Their hardware has long outlasted what anyone should expect in terms of longevity, even in the dirtiest of conditions. In short, I am truly impressed with their products and intend to continue using their hardware.

"Extreme's Network Solutions: Highlighting Quick Support and Consistent Updates"

The best compliment for a networking vendor is that the products behave exactly as you expect and for as long as you expect them to. This is true in Extreme's case; after implementation they just do their job for years on end. In those rare instances they don't, which I've found most often on the switching side, their support is extremely quick and knowledgeable. I can think of no compelling reason to consider a different vendor for our switches and access points.

"Arista is now my Network vendor of choice!"

I am a long-time Network Administrator and when I started looking at renewing hardware we decided to take a closer look at Arista, they seem to be a very well-reviewed networking company. After several meetings with their sales staff and their pre-sales engineers, we decided to go with Arista DCS switches. The sales team and pre-sales engineers were amazing to work with and were able to pinpoint the exact model that would fit our needs perfectly. The entire migration was very well handled and supported by Arista at every turn. Fast forward a few years, we have now had Arista switch gear for quite some time now and could not be happier with performance, reliability, stability and support for anything we need, including new features or ISSU maintenance. One of the most impressive pieces I have come to enjoy is working with CloudVision to manage all of our switches from a management appliance, it is limitless as to what you can do with your Arista gear and how well it manages their configurations, changes and upgrades. Onboarding has been simplified to just a couple of clicks. Troublshooting as become a more efficient task within CloudVision with its Flow Visibility to identify latency, discard and interfaces with issues. I am very happy with Arista hardware, software and their Sales and Support teams.

"Arista's Chassis Enable Easy Management and Painless Upgrades"

My experience so far has been excellent. We had been an all Cisco shop. Our first install was in a 500,000 sq ft building 24 Arista 758 chassis and 2 7504 installation went very well. Just a small learning curve since Arista does a few things different then Cisco but that was expected. Sales and engineering team has been great and very helpful assist us a couple times during our install. Cannot wait to switch everything over to take better advantage of Cloudvision.
