I am a loyal Extreme customer due to their customer service. I've had to contact support on many occasions over the years and each time they took all the time necessary to resolve my issues. Support is very thorough in checking all aspects of the issue and gaining an understanding of our network infrastructure setup before ultimately fixing the issue. I have had complicated issues in the past that have taken hours to resolve and each time support has patiently worked with me until everything has been resolved. Beyond support, the Extreme staff the assists in many other aspects that keep me coming back

We have deployed more than 600 FortiAP-231F with Fortigate 1000D as a Wireless Controller and the overall experience is excellent. With one headquarters, 230 branches and more than 1.200 users, the product adapts to our needs. Moreover, services and treatment by the technical and sales team is very professional.

Meraki Wireless Access Poins, MR30.6 are one of the easiest setups for a wireless access point. I am a network Administrator and have used many products in my career. I have 12 access points at our Manufacturing warehouse including 3 separate buildings and there are no interruptions in service between the buildings. The initial setup via the Meraki Dashboard streamlines the process to a simple plug and play experience. The POE feature is essential to our business and decreases the cost of running power to remote locations. Our VoIP is working better than it's ever worked. I love these access points!

We are big telecommunication customer of Huawei, while we also use Huawei's LAN network solution for our Campus, the two layer simplified architechute network solution. S8700 switch works as core, S5700 as access switch, and remote units for fix port connections such as PC workstations and APs, eliminating the aggregation layer, which is a big save on cabling costs and energy.

My experience using FortiSwitch has been surprisingly good, they are very easy to configure, i come from a different solution and compared to them this is wonderful, the ports are configured super fast, when you have more than one FortiSwitch, you have the topology view, which paints you a diagram with its layout and where each trunk is connected, great experience.

The Aruba wireless team is very focused on the requirements within the customer environment. The team is very aggressive about making sure there technology not only performs the expected role, but performs it in a very stable fashion. The Aruba team has truly been committed to a successful deployment within our company.

I have used cisco equipment for well over 15 years and have always had a great experience with the products. The newest catalyst switches do not disappoint. They continue to embody protection, reliability, and flexibility.

The conversational AI assistant lets us focus on the quality of the end-user Wi-Fi experience by selecting only relevant information in the foreground, while allowing for sophisticated, in-depth troubleshooting. The template-based configuration model makes deploying a new site fast and scalable.

Great supplier and product, allows me to effectively manage my Wi-fi infrastructure remotely.

The best compliment for a networking vendor is that the products behave exactly as you expect and for as long as you expect them to. This is true in Extreme's case; after implementation they just do their job for years on end. In those rare instances they don't, which I've found most often on the switching side, their support is extremely quick and knowledgeable. I can think of no compelling reason to consider a different vendor for our switches and access points.

Started working on FortiGate in 2017 and the experience was fantastic. Worked on both software and hardware based products like FG-100 and FG-300 model. Logging and troubleshooting make it very interesting from a learner point of view.

Having extensively used the on-prem controller-based architecture to manage over 3000 access points across 12 controllers, the Extreme wireless system performs exceptionally well, given the sheer scope of the network and its critical need on campus. Wireless has effectively taken over the workplace and now fronts approximately 85% of the devices on the network, and having a system that gives the information to troubleshoot and support clients in an effective and quick manner is paramount.

The wireless access points for Cisco are a network administrator's dream. They are easy to set up and activate, easy to control, easy to mount, and have excellent range. I just wish they had less antenna parts.

I used Ruckus R-610 Indoor AP & Ruckus 310C & T-310D model in my network and also at the customer premises , the overall experience is impressive as its features , performance & reliability is excellent.
