As a nonprofit organization, I have used Zoom Events mainly for online training events involving volunteers, staff and external speakers. Structured events with multiple sessions, different hosts, live presentations and Q&A moments. Overall, the experience has been very positive: the platform is stable, easy for attendees to access and reliable when managing different speakers. From a marketing perspective, it allows us to promote a single online event with a clear agenda.

Overall, using Zoom Events has been a good and easy-to-use experience for conducting group sessions. Though there is a bit of a learning curve for some elements and I wish there were at times better and faster ways to contact Zoom customer service when we have them.

the platform works well for large organisations like ours and I already had experience using this prior. Stability and streaming reliability has been strong. We also found the registration management and reporting to be good for tracking engagement and attendance. 

customisation options could be more flexible. Also the engagement layer is pretty basic.
