Implementing Ramp has been transformational at my company.  We took an overly cumbersome and tedious expense policy and completely streamlined it.  We have better detail around expenses, more control over recurring payments, and we've completely eliminated the "mystery" transaction.  We see spend as it occurs, so it is always recorded in the proper period.  Adjusting limits and spend controls on a card-by-card basis is very helpful.  At month end, the accounting department knows who is responsible for every transaction, so there is no longer a need to track down receipts to figure out how an expense should be coded.

There have been some rough patches and continue to be, specifically in the international regions, but overall I think the experience has been good.

As the primary A/P admin, I have found the invoice processing experience to be seamless. On the few occassions where payment information was entered incorrectly, support was quick to respond and resolve the issue. The ability to edit transactions makes this process user friendly. 

It's also simple to find the information I need within just a few clicks. Overall, Ramp has streamlined our invoice processing by leveraging AI to draft memos, auto-populate fields, and even split and calculate line items. It has noticeably reduced the time spent on all of these manual tasks.
