Unified incident timelines reduce alert fatigue yet setup overwhelms newcomers

It provides unified visibility and it provides across the network a highly fragmented security. Rather than manually correlating logs from our web application firewalls, load balancers and various endpoint agents, it stitches all that telemetry together into a single, intuitive incident timeline. The open API architecture is another major highlight, it makes it remarkably straightforward to feed in customer telemetry from our proprietary certificate lifecycle management tools and monitor the integrity of specialized infrastructure.

Compared to other XDRs, I find it a bit less helpful. Other security solutions provide in-depth logs as compared to Cisco. Parsing the other logs makes it a bit more useful. For SOC teams, they have more visibility for any events.
