the solution has many strengths such as the roll-back feature, which i didn't see in any other XDR solution ; the fact that in the same agent, Sophos is giving for free, DLP (Data loss prevention) and FIM (File Integrity Monitoring)

Their support is very basic when you request assistance with complex cases, and this can be extended, at least in our case, to any of the products in their XDR portfolio. High resource consumption is very common, and what's worse, they lack the ability to configure the agent in advance to prevent this from happening, otherwise it would significantly diminish security. The policy itself also lacks information about these modules, which can have a significant impact on equipment performance. Reputation bases still have significant room for improvement compared to the competition. We can map this response given that we work with different security agents and can assess the impact based on tests we previously conducted in the lab with our hacking department.
