The software in theory is incredible but in application there are some really big holes. Service it's really well structures (minus a few items) but projects, the system has major major flaws. 
The product's employees and support are truly world class. 
The mobile app experience is first class - our field users really like it. For projects its mildly helpful.
The team is helpful and quick to reply however they seem to be having issues with the size they've become so we will see how that shakes out - latency in the system and slow to make the necessary improvements. 
I have faith they can fix a few things and really make the product we are all hoping for. I am still in the belief that this will be the last implementation I ever do for field management.

No system is perfect, but continual improvement is a must to keep users moving forward.  The improvements we have seen with BuildOps over the last 2 years have been outstanding.  Many of these improvements have been based on customer input leading to faster adoption of changes for both mobile and office users.
