Responsive service, excellent value for money, and professional support.  I've been a Praxedo user and administrator since 2014. Praxedo has evolved to meet our field needs by enriching its various functionalities, including scheduling, planning, machine management, and forms, and by integrating multi-criteria conditional fields.  The solution is reliable and stable, with no service interruptions for our technicians. Its ease of use is both simple and ergonomic for both technicians and our back office.

Overall it is a good product that has serve us pretty good. Support during deployment and integration could have been better leading to better use afterwards. The product has improved our operations globally, espcially for dispatching technicians and having a centralised platform for Work planning accross 4 departments. We face challenges for integrating the solution for our other department because of extensibility et scalability issues.

Praxedo est utilisé dans la gestion et le suivi des interventions des chantiers chez nos clients particuliers.
La solution nous a permis de digitaliser nos processus et d'améliorer son efficacité tout en gardant la traçabilité des informations. Elle a réduit fortement le délai de retour des comptes-rendus d'intervention (et donc la mise en facturation des chantiers). Elle a permis aussi de mettre en place des rapports d'intervention en y incluant des photos, ce qui a fiabilisé la mise à disposition des données pour nos processus d'auto-contrôle.
L'application est facilement accessible sur smartphone avec son mode "offline", ce qui permet des interventions dans tous les lieux de la maison (par ex sous-sol, garage, ...).
Enfin le système est très ouvert: les formulaires sont facilement paramétrables, des apis sont disponibles pour rendre PRAXEDO interopérables avec d'autres systèmes d'information.

The solution has allowed us to digitize our processes and improve efficiency while maintaining information traceability. It has significantly reduced the time it takes to receive work reports (and therefore the time it takes to invoice projects). It has also enabled us to implement work reports that include photos, which has improved the reliability of data for our self-monitoring processes.
The application is easily accessible on smartphones with its offline mode, allowing for work to be carried out in any location within the house (e.g., basement, garage, etc.).

Finally, the system is very open: forms are easily customizable, and APIs are available to make Praxedo interoperable with other information systems.
