McKinsey digs deep into the fundamental issues of an organization and brings different perspective and most importantly third person POV to understand the key challenges and its possible solution. Their execution team reflects tangible outcome in terms of efficiency gain or cost savings. Also the quick turnaround time has helped our organization in right decision making at right time.

Personnel lacked expertise even in their stated specialty, all too often reliant on myself and external experts to arrive at solutions that were already apparent to us. Waste of money and time overall.
