Tagetik has a lot of scalability options and is continuously expanding its products and services. We use Tagetik as SAAS solution and the performance is very stable. If you want to do dashboarding, Tagetik provides an integration with PowerBI at additional Tagetik and PowerBI License costs. We noted over the last years a steep increase in license costs for new modules.

Excellent support in the set up and implementation phases, and satisfactory support throughout the reporting process.  However, the system is unstable (frequent crashes) and IT support is often slow and ineffective.

Tagetik is a tool that provides the required felxibilty to fulfill all our business requirements without the need for any external support. Due to its flexibility, the tool can be a bit overwhelming at first but once you get used to how the system works the tool allows you to implement all kinds of automations and features. Tagetik has helped us to implement new functionalities without ueyternal help and much faster than in our previous systems.
