The thing that I like best about Claude is that it excels at so many different things, from communication, to SQL, to workflow building, you are able to use one platform to help in various aspects of your day-to-day operations. I also appreciate that it is able to read many different file formats, from PDFs, to SQL, to Alteryx workflows, it can do it all!

There is no customer service whatsoever. Terrible sales people who don't care what you're looking for.
