O uso da ferramenta vem melhorando mês apos mês. Porém, devido ao fato de implementarem tantas coisas semanalmente o número de updates é excessivo, além do fato da ferramenta se tornar lenta em vários momentos. Outra perspectiva que tenho é a de que, as vezes, por tentar abarcar tudo a interface se torna confusa, dificultando a minha experiência como usuário. Contudo, não posso negar que muitas coisas melhoraram bastante, tanto em termos de usabilidade, quanto em UX e design.

The tool's usability has been improving month after month. However, due to the fact that they implement so many things weekly, the number of updates is excessive, in addition to the fact that the tool becomes slow at various times. Another perspective I have is that, sometimes, by trying to encompass everything, the interface becomes confusing, hindering my experience as a user. However, I cannot deny that many things have improved considerably, both in terms of usability, UX, and design.

ClickUp is very flexible and can be customized for almost any need. While this is an advantage, it can also be a disadvantage. The workspace can become cluttered very quickly.

Overall, my experience with ClickUp has been very positive. It helps centralize tasks, documentation, and team communication in one workspace, which reduces tool switching and lost context. The built-in AI features make planning and summarizing work faster, especially when turning notes into structured tasks or clearer docs. It has improved how my team stays aligned and has saved noticeable time in day-to-day workflows
