I like the richness of features of the tool. There are plenty of connectors for getting data out of Sales Cloud seamlessly, and a well designed API for integrating it for reverse ETL from your warehouse into it, or for any other integration into your existing ecosystem. Loads of customization capability, and built modularly so you can purchase the part of it / add-on that you need

The support request team doesn't always provide high quality work. A lot of times, they would close out support requests before the issue is accurately resolved. It seemed like the support administrators were more concerned with getting the request closed than helping with the issue.
