The platform is really powerful and it allows to create very complex systems and workflows through the customization thanks to powerful API and development tools. Also, it is possible to create useful applications in a few steps with wysiwyg tools, such as the web app builder. However, sometimes the platform still suffer from bugs and the technical assistance is not able to give you proper support. Also, sometimes the platform is really slow when you need to manage high volumes of data.
