Three things that stands out: First, the integration with thin-edge.io made connecting our devices straightforward. It removed a lot of the heavy lifting on the communication and protocol side. Second, the ability to run custom microservices and applications directly on the platform is a big deal for us. It means we can build our own logic and features without leaving the platform ecosystem. Third, triggering operations and commands to devices is clean and simple to work with, it has made our workflows much more efficient.

dislikes
- too many clicks for easy tasks - automation is almost not possible - some prefferences seem to be implementen double and some are just reachable with Workarounds
