The Pre Hire Eligibility Engine is the most functional component for our talent acquisition team. Previously, we would have to wait 3 to 5 days for an external legal opinion on whether a candidate was eligible for a specific visa pathway. Deel's in platform assessment provides a high confidence eligibility check and cost breakdown within 48 hours. This allows us to remove risk from our hiring roadmap before an offer letter is even drafted. Knowing the total cost of relocation upfront, including local social security implications and sponsorship fees, has made our global headcount planning much more accurate.

The specialists that keep getting assigned to our cases are very bad about communication. We will go weeks without hearing a word about anything. They also more often than not extend past the projected deadline and that is very frustrating for us as the employer and for the visa applicant.
