Regarding my openion and my experience with Meta 4 people net ,

I think it is an integral software which serve the companies that have Over 500 Employees both global and local   , So i noted about thelocation because meta it is able to provide its tools  to global employees as if they were local as below for example :

-Submitting daily routine requestes(Vacations , Advances , employment...etc)

-The People recording on one system that is help to make more control easly of the people data base.

-Addtion it is a safety system for employees personal data.
