Great US centric system. As our company is expanding internationally, PCTY isn't able to keep up. The support from the team is genuine and helpful but often times we deal with system limitations.

We switched to Paylocity and honestly the change has been significant. It´s much more intuitive and easier to use. Visually is amazing and it offers many features we can take advantage of, and the dashboard is very transparent and easy to understand and navigate. So far, I´ve really liked the platform and feel that the change has definitely been for the better.
