It's a great software application. The best part is that the cost is well-priced even for startup businesses to invest into. The CRM and free accounting features are nice advantages for a startup business.

Zoho makes the process of hiring new employees very easy. All the on-boarding documents are available directly online. You may even run background checks which helps before hiring an employee, uploading the I9 documents, along with, tracking employee attendance, leave tracking, which helps to prevent overpaying employees. I love this feature as it made the hiring process seamless. I remember the old fashion way of non-sense paper works and printing which always leads to mistakes and efforts. 

For managers, you may also conduct your employee performance reviews. What we have done is simplify the process.

This tool is good for tracking the employee attendance easily. It also helps to apply leave and track the remaining leaves. It helps in setting the goals and tracking it quarterly for managing the performance. It's reporting feature is good as it generates the insights into employee attendance, performance and leaves. It's ability to customize the dashboard is amazing. It's customer support is good and response the query quickly.

It has been very easy to use and helps keep thing organized, especialy for day to day operations. Once you start needing more complex workflows or scaling, you do notice some limitations, particulary around the integrations and reporting. Overall, my experience with Zoho has been pretty good.
