Qlikview has completely changed our analytics efforts in a positive way. Prior to Qlik reporting was mainly based in excel. This proved challenging from several aspects. One major sticking point was the data size limitation. We often need to analyze millions of row of data, and that can be a pain if not impossible in excel. Qlik gave us the abiltiy to merge and navigate these large data sets in a much more efficient manner.

Clarify Health's IT team is top notch. They were able to ingest our very large dataset without any issues and were able to enrich their platform in a couple months. The tool itself is easy to use and offers practitioner insights that are a notch above other vendors.

The Advisory Board is the most popular tool we utilize in the health care system. I get daily notifications from them and it's great educational information.

Although the vendor is highly competent, we struggled due to the fact that the vendor leadership constantly assumed they knew more than we did in terms of what we wanted or needed. Listening is not their strong suit. They come in wanting to tell us what to do.

Initial investment to set up data feeds needed but ongoing support minimal

They are very response to deal with issues and are affordable and the technology is generally stable. Unfortunately, the technology is not very modern to enable sophisticated analysis and ease of use. It doesn't look like it will ever get that way with the later upgrades. We would need to purchase their other product Analytics Explorer.

Vendor was unable to work with us for most of the process. They didn't respond teimely to our questions and cencerns. It is my professional opinion that my company only went with them because of pre-existing contracts in place and limited choices. I have been very disappointed in the communication and flexability. They also increased prices by a large sum in the last few months.
