Deployment of reports to end users is quick, clear and smooth. Data governance is a great addition to the product. Online help documentation is very helpful.

Abnormal procedures like drilling down to specific metrics or customizing reports to find trends in our patient populace can be challenging. This lack of flexibility limits further analysis and the evaluation of data that would correspond to our needs is difficult.
