We recently moved to Tribals SITS Vision to replace our aged inhouse custom developed student management system, this was the largest project the university had ever undertaken. I think its fair to say the road was a bit of a bumpy one full of pot holes and obstacles. However in the end with a lot of hard work from an ever growing team who sweated blood goals and milestones were met and a reasonably good set of deliverables were achieved.

The improved search and version control in SITS:Vision helps us work better but integration problems and simple reports cause continual trouble.  The system builds upon spreadsheets yet requires better data sharing and analysis features to serve our institution fully.

Our setup of this product required almost 50 servers. Planning and implementation phase took several years, but its now fully in production and the old system has now been switched off.
