The centralized management through WatchGuard Cloud is of the strongest aspects. We can manage firewalls, endpoint protection, and security policies from a single console, which saves significant operational time. The integration between Firewall, EPDR/XDR, and DNS security provides a layered security approach. The reporting and visibility features help us proactively detect and respond to threats. Additionally, policy configuration is flexible yet user-friendly, even in complex environments.

1) UTM resource monitoring is not possible independently. 2) Technical support response and quality 3) Poor log-related functions (low data capacity, inadequate log search functionality)
