- Easy to understand and implement - I like the GUI, it is user friendly - Managing rights and access can easily be defined and maintained based on applications.

Issues with Symantec IGA: 1. Setting it up is a task with difficulties at every other step having said that once setup it is very reliable and secure. 2. There is no trial or free plan for incoming customers for recommending the services like it's competitors. 3. There have been names of Symantec products in recent data breaches which takes away the secure sense of place the software wants to provide.
