Flexibility and the breadth of features, from IAM to External Sharing, having it all in one place makes life easier than managing a litany of different platforms to meet the same need. Native Microsoft integrations are practically seamless. Security tools (e.g. Conditional Access) are incredibly powerful, especially in today's environment of data breaches and cyber crime, something every organization should be implementing

I run into a lot of issues when assigning Licenses. The primary user is set to the IT person who went through autopilot to set up the device. Many times there needs to be manual intervention to change the primary user so that the license assigned to them will come down. The behavior is not consistent which makes it even more frustrating to navigate.
