RAS côté avant projet (commercial, juridique, etc...). Par contre, plus difficile une fois en RUN (support). La solution s'est amélioré dès lors qu'ils ont clairement annoncé ne plus faire de professional services et nous ont orienté vers un partenaire pour cela.

Everything was fine on the pre-project side (commercial, legal, etc.). However, things got more difficult once we were in the operational phase (support). The solution improved as soon as they clearly announced they would no longer be providing professional services and directed us to a partner for that.
